  1. Thank you for watching! I have listed the time stamps in the description and the library cards in the video if you need to come back to reference the recipes. I hope you enjoy this new meals of the week! All recipes are featured in my corresponding blogpost linked in the description as well. Love, Jennifer ♥️

  2. Enjoy watching your videos , just an idea for you ,after I wash my celery, I chop up the top1/3 and put it in the freezer, then separate the stalks and wash thoroughly. So I always have celery on hand for soups etc.Hope you find this helpful.

  3. I found you today, and honestly I never comment on YouTube videos. However, I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your content! You are so soothing in such a busy space. As a mom and homemaker myself I appreciate that these recipes were a mixture of healthy, delicious, and family friendly. It is difficult to find realistic family meals that adults would love to eat as well!

  4. Dear Jennifer, I just love your channel. Not only is the content good, but the way that you present things is so calming. I think you have a very wonderful gift. I think I've been able to make a few positive changes since I've been watching your channel, but honestly I feel a bit discouraged because it seems like I'm sort of fighting an uphill battle. I'm so aware that my time is divided between work and all of the things that I have to do to be a good employee in the nursing field which is very stressful and the work that I need to do at home to keep everything running smoothly. I used to handle this better because I didn't have to work 12-hour shifts before. I have all these great ideas about what I need to do and want to do when I get home, but my body and mind won't cooperate with me. I'm guilty of going to Costco and buying one or two of the prepared meals or ordering takeout about 2-3 days out of the week because I'm so exhausted when I get home. What's worse is the fact that I end up beating myself up for not being able to clean and cook as well as a lot of other women. I wish I could somehow stop feeling so stressed about everything and just take it all in stride. A friend of mine who works as a therapist said that almost every woman who comes to therapy is partially there because of problems with fatigue, time pressure and feeling guilty that she "hasn't got it all together." I know that no one is perfect, but I wish I were a better cook and just better at getting things done. I'm able to carry out my job responsibilities very well, but I can't manage to do that at home. Ugh!

  5. I was willing you to slide the salmon onto your flexible cutting board to lift and slide into the dish. Wonderful videos' and I always say to myself when watching 'She's soo gorgeous' 😀 Best wishes, Rose (UK)

  6. Jennifer, I made the Salmon en Croute last night for my large family and they all enjoyed it. I served it simply with a mixed green salad with my husband's oil and vinegar dressing. Total win! I'm adding this to my meal rotation for this fall/winter.

You always set such a lovely inviting table, too. I need to work on that.

Thank you for all the work you put into these meal videos. I really appreciate it.

    xo, Kelly

  7. Jennifer- These look delicious! I love your meal sharing videos. They inspire me to keep our home free of food ruts.
I love your outfit and the headband it's so chic and playful 💗

  8. Congratulations on 100k, Jennifer! You've created a beautiful channel and I know you've worked so hard on it. I've been watching since 2013 and haven't missed a video since then!

  9. Jennifer, I adore you and your channel! You have helped me to grow as a lady and inspired me so much as a homemaker. I recently made two of your recipes and they were both a hit with me family which was so nice because they don't all always enjoy new dishes. I hope you are having a lovely week! With love from southeast Texas, Amy
