  3. I like the banana filling with caramellized milk and an egg mixed up with the banana bits. And then some syrup or nutella ontop 🥰😍 And for the eye it might be some butter in the pan with the oil. Or it looks pale 😶

  4. We just got back from our first visit to Thailand and discovered roti with bananas and chocolate! YUMMMM!! Thanks for the recipe! Now we can add that to our growing list of wonderful Thai food we can enjoy at home thanks to your wonderful channel. 😁👍🏻

  5. The proportions you gave are not really accurate, I tried doing it with the exact quantities you gave and ended up with a giant wet blob of mush… it needs way less amount of water…

  6. One of the first things I do whenever I go to Thailand is get a roti!! I love it so much! I usually get just plain with condensed milk or with chocolate. For some reason I never want bananas? Perhaps I’ll try it next time! My boyfriend also loves roti and this is the first recipe I’ve seen that actually looks like the roti I remember so I’m definitely going to try, thanks so much for the recipe!

  7. Hellooo, loved this video, I've eaten roti sai mai in Thailand and I'd like to make a version at home. Do you have a recipe for this disert? thanksss 😉

  8. I like the recipes a lot, thank you too for the excellent tips and really intelligent clarifications. One small personal preference, hope I won't hurt or offend, I wish it could be helpful. There's a little too much constant talking and noises for me, a few stops between sentences now and then are restful, little islands of silence add poetry and a tranquil cooking rhythm, plus some attention to the quality of the voice, to keep a pleasant timbre . I'm sure it's just my personal preference, not everyone's….

  9. Just got home from Naklua Thailand and these are my all time fav food. Banana roti drizzled with condensed milk and a sprinkle of sugar…….. That's what brought me here. Cheers heaps Pailin 🙂
