  3. hey i have a question : everytime i tried to make japanese fluffy pancakes it went wrong because my batter was too light so everytime i tried to make a swirl of batter like you it would spread out all over the pan instead of staying together so how do i make sure my batter is stiff enough that it stays in its place instead of it flattening out all over the pan ?

  4. I tried this recipe don’t know what I did wrong everything was perfect the egg whites were stiff I flipped it over my head and no fall out but when I started folding everything deflated. Helppp???

  6. I have seen a lot of videos on these pancakes lately. And it seems like it's not easy to find a recipe that works. So I was just wondering, are you following a recipe that you found, or you had to develope it yourself? Did it take a lot of tries?

  7. one thing— especially if I use your timings, my pancakes always seem to have blackened, burnt looking sides after I flip them, although they don’t taste burnt. do you know why, and how to stop this?
