  1. I think I'm going to need to take over the pork for Christmas. My mother just wings it for the most part and you wind up with crackling that's either really hard and solid (not puffy) or too soft. Pretty sure it took the tip off a canine tooth when I was younger.

That's certainly best pork crackling I have ever seen .i'm going to cut thro my pork fat like you did with Stanley knife..👍🏻BTW I love your kitchen that big open fire place and I could imagine you spend so much time in it especially Christmas time .. I love cooking and I would be in different world if I had kitchen that size .#Lucky man 😊
