  1. I made these in a 24 hole mini cupcake tin. They turned out soo delicious. Lasted only 5 mins.. definitely making a double batch next time.

  2. Ahhh, Sally…your enthusiasm is so endearing! I am so looking forward to enjoying some of these Madeleines. I whipped up a batch, this afternoon, (I went with Orange, instead of Lemon) and that delicious looking and smelling Batter, is in my ‘ Fridge chilling now. When my Madeleine Pans arrive, I will be baking them, to have with my Morning Tea…
    Just a little update… These Madeleines are OMG so delicious! I baked a quick six of them, as soon as I received my Pan…. I dusted them with Powdered Sugar, and…ate them all, LoL!

    How do you get bright colours with buttercream? I have tried in so many ways. But no use. Can you please help me to achieve the bright colours with buttercream?
