It is so very refreshing to see another race cook their family recipes. I am hispanic, and I make recipes that my mother or grandmother made when I was growing up. I enjoy making eggplant parmesan, meatballs and spaghetti. My great grandmother came from chihuahua, Mexico and she sang just like you do in the kitchen. Do you fully cook/fry the meatballs or cook about halfway then finish in sauce? I love that you love what you do. Makes me sad that I do not have living grandparents. May God bless you and yours.
