  1. I am wondering how many of you brine your chicken PCs. in salt water before putting it in the roasting pan.?
    My mother would start the brine at 8am morning then around 11:30 am put the Chicken the oven. The salt permeates the
    chicken and of course tastes spectacular.

  2. Non mettere la carta stagnola direttamente sul cibo, ma mettere la carta da forno e poi la carta stagnola per evitare avvelenamenti con l'alluminio

  4. WE LOVE Gina's videos! Especially when she talks about her family and earlier life. You can see all the love she puts into her cooking; she obviously loves to cook for her family. Reminds me of my mother. My dad was Sicilian and my mom learned to cook his favorite meals from his mother. Pasta sauce, lasagne, fried eggplant, home made pizza, etc.
