  4. I believe that this is the same technical recipe that Prue Leith used for the technical challenge on the Great British Bake off/Baking Show. Except Prue added strawberries for a British touch.

  5. I juz tried it today, 240ml of whipping cream is not enough. I feel like I am eating the crepe more den the cream. I would recommend u guys to add more whipping cream so that the ratio of the crepe is to cream is balanced. This crepe cake is really very time consuming and the tricky part is the part where u apply cream to each layer cos you nv know whether u apply enough cream or not till u taste it. So be generous with the cream, if not u will regret it since u have alr spent so many hours doing it. Make sure that it taste good like what outside is selling. I don’t think I will do this again haha. 😅
