  1. Thanks for this recipe, I really want to try this at home coz of the quarantine I can’t buy this in Coffee Project (Coffee shop here in philippines 🇵🇭) where I’ve tried it. I didn’t know it was a Japanese recipe. This is really taste so good ❤️❤️❤️

  2. I cannot wait to try this with the big sweet potato my Japanese students gave me 🙂
Thank you for sharing this amazing recipe !!!
    ありがとうございます <3

  3. Is the origin of these potatoes Japanese? Because it’s the only sweet potato we have in Morocco! And it’s the one I like after trying the other varieties in the USA.

  4. I made this today for a Thanksgiving dessert. I was hesitant so I only made a couple, and made puff pastry with red bean filling for most of the people. This was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be, and although I’d had it in Japan and just loved it, I had no idea EVERYBODY would go crazy for it. Silly me. Thank you so much for this recipe.

  5. I asked my mother if we could do this with american sweet potatoes and she stared at me wordlessly for a few seconds before whispering "do you know how much money goes down the drain by keeping the oven switches on that long? For three potatoes? What are we, Irish?"
Ok… guess we won't make this recipe. lol

  6. なみさん、こんにちは!My friend Atsuko and I are going to try this receipe today (well, Atsuko-san will be doing most of the work!), thanks to your video! We'll let you know how it turns out! Sending you big hugs from Montreal!
