  1. Recently started keto. Been keeping with super basic recipes but ready to expand. However, aside from butter I am lactose intolerant. Could you consider videos or weekly meal without milk products, or with alternate options in your recipes?

  2. All the fathead recipes I've tried are stodgy and greasy, and I'm wondering if it's because I only have access to full fat mozzarella. I see some keto recipes specify part-skim mozzarella for fathead recipes

  3. First and foremost I want to say thank you for your contribution to the keto community! especially people like me who are just getting into keto for the first time. I'm super excited to try out all these recipes! There is one recipe that I noticed was a little high in carbs and that was  your enchilada recipe. Wouldn’t that kick you out of ketosis? The nutrition label says one tortilla is 30 grams of carbs. But anyway… Thanks for the killer content and keep up the good work!

  4. I really like these recipes. I just wanted to add that keto diet is not about eating meat, it is about eating fat. A lot of recipes are really heavy on meat which is so unnecessary, expensive and also heavy on your kidneys.

  5. Hello everyone, recently started Keto Dieting and if I’m being honest, I fairly enjoy it! Feels like I’m a completely different person, physically and mentally feeling a lot better. It’s been about 2/3 weeks and I can already feel myself becoming a lot more relaxed about my weight and my emotional state. I’ve recently found this eBook which I’d like to share with you all because it’s a nice pleasant read about all the different things you can eat whilst keto dieting. Omg, I just love you👍 thank you SO MUCH for the great ideas👍 I was sitting here trying to figure out my next move after 6 weeks on the keto and 10 pounds down👍 but was getting truly frustrated and hitting a plateau😔 I’m going to do the food prep tomorrow, and get started on these recèpes, well at least a few that I like! Some I don’t eat, but willing to try 😇 I started the keto 360 nutrition instant coffee sweetened-which has less caffeine then most, and started with 1 teaspoon first to see how I feel, and I like it👍 Thank you again👏😇💝
