Hello Khun Pai, so sorry to bother you, could you please make a tutorial about Guay Tiew Gai Mara? https://www.thaistreetfood.com/noodles/kuay-teow-mara/ I used to eat it all the time in high school but now I don't live in Bangkok anymore and I really miss it 🙁 It's cold where I live. And I can't find English recipes online…
Tried this recipe it was really yummy! Only thing i added a bit of soy sauce, sesame oil, a pinch of sugar and replaced chicken stock with water. I also added a bit extra water around 180ml cos we like ours with a bit more saucy to be consumed with rice. 👍

We called it "ayam kecap"here in Indonesia.
Ayam means "chicken"
Kecap means "sweet soy sauce"
