  1. Do you have a recipe or video for nasu dengaku and nabe? I went to a restaurant that served nabe. It had all sorts of veggies and meats simmered in a wonderful ginger soup broth. I want to learn how to make it.

    Yu (湯) in yudofu (湯豆腐) means "hot water", in which the tofu is boiled.
    The word mizu (水) is mostly used when talking about cold water, or water you can drink.
