  1. just found your channel and i love your recipe ideas. sometimes I forget how simple but still tasty you can make things to make them low calorie & nutritious and also still get variety. often when I am dieting I only see results when I eat super monotonously but I think that's just bc it keeps me on track. having these healthy creative options is way helpful.

  3. I would advise you cook with coconut oil it is by far the healthiest oil it comes thick and heats down and this form of oil I THINK doesn't cause clogged arteries, you can also eat it raw which is supposed to be amazing for thiroid and brain issues and cleaning the gut out
