  3. My dietician told me to always soak chia seeds and ensure they're 'gelatinous' before consumption otherwise they'll absorb water from your body. Or if you are consuming them like this then you gotta ensure you drink enough water to counter potential dehydration. Maybe that could be endemic to me as I have a sensitive GI tract but just putting it out there for others to get an alternate idea.

  4. being a vegetarian that doesn't like tomatoes and is allergic to avocado is the worst lol, like every recipe requires at least one. thank you for having one that doesn't!!! love your video as always!
