The red label ingredients: WATER, MUSHROOMS, VEGETABLE OIL (CORN, COTTONSEED, CANOLA, AND/OR SOYBEAN), MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, WHEAT FLOUR, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF: SALT, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, DEHYDRATED CREAM (CREAM [MILK], SOY LECITHIN), YEAST EXTRACT, FLAVORING, DEHYDRATED GARLIC.  It's not VEGAN because of the cream but it IS vegetarian.

  2. Be sure to read the contents of the condensed soup label – One popular brand USED to be made with Chicken Broth (something my daughter wouldn''t let me forget) but they eliminated it from the contents. 🙂

  3. I don't think I would use the mushroom soup and I would do the stuffing like traditional stuffing with celery onions sage etc and use veggie broth instead of chicken broth and put it into a more appropriate dish. 🙂
