  2. Hey great video, just tip for the rest of you, mustard seeds are add right at the beginning in India and you wait until they make a Popping sound, this is for two reasons one it releases its flavours second its an indication that the oil is heated up for you to add the other ingredients

  3. I'm in love with these bowls wow. And as an Indian, I really don't think wilted spinach is a big component in Indian food at all. I'm speaking for North Indian food, which you seemed to inspire your dish off of. It looked great though!

  4. Damn these are actually really clever. I buy sabra hummus every week but usually just use it on rice cakes and with veggies. Will have to try these 🙂

  5. This whole video looks so good! I want to make all three of them at once so I can get to taste them all, I like the sound of the second one the most, even though I am not that adventurous with spice, something about those roasted chickpeas just gets me! Great video Mind Over Munch team!
