  1. Chocolate coated carmels make an interesting filling. Make 6 or 8 like that and put a hot pepper in the last one. That'll create a bit of excitement. You could have fun with your students doing that. Hold back the hot one til the plate is almost empty.

  2. I keep a bag of these (homemade) in the freezer when I can. They are good this way and also pan fried/steamed and tossed with a little ( General Tso type) sauce and chilis. And of course soup!
