Being raised in the 50's @ 3:28 you stated about cooking pork well but in reality it is an "Old Wives Tale" Tv Chefs now are telling everyone…Prior to refrigeration becoming popular when we used ice blocks, pork had parasites that grew and had to be cooked very well done to kill the parasites…Pork is completely cooked when the middle is slightly pink in the center…It is juicy and tender this way if it is completely white, it is overcooked and tough…so in 2011 it is not true about pork..
