  1. This looks amazing! I do have a question though, how well do these do if you made a few and store in the fridge for a day or two? I was thinking these would be great for lunch, but I was thinking of making a few so that they're ready to grab and go and I wouldn't have to assemble one every day before work.

  4. I think my pork cutlet was a bit too big because it wouldn't fold tightly at the top. When I unwrapped it after 10 minutes it fell apart 🙁 the tonkatsu was good though!

    I haven't lived in Japan for years and good/authentic Japanese food in America is hard to find! Don't think I've ever seen Onigirazu in South Florida haha so I'm super happy I can make it myself.
