  1. I love you channel! I just discovered it today and have been watching for hours! This is in my top 5 of favorite foods to eat from Thailand. I do like mine with the fried wontons though.

  2. This soup looks amazing!!! I recently made Pho for the first time, I love soups!! There is one that i eat at a local Thai restaurant is called 'general's noodle soup' is delicious! But when I try to find it online, there's nothing, could you provide any info, links, even other names it might have?? The recipe calls for egg noodles, shrimp, bbq pork, ground pork and roasted duck. IDK where else to look, but maybe I'll make that with your broth as the base. Thanks again, amazing food <3

  3. This turned out quite disappointing for me. I've made it twice. The first time it turned out bitter because I stupidly threw in the kaffir lime fruits that I had peeled for my red curry. The second time I made the mistake of buying beef marrow bones for stock (which didn't quite work). I don't even feel encouraged to make this again because it's quite a lot of work to prefare everything (making stock, roasting peanuts, making prik som and garlic oil). Also, the sprouts doesn't do well in the freezer and I can't use it all before it goes bad. 🙁

  4. Noodle soup is my favorite thai food! But we are so use to American portions here that when I was in Thailand, I typically order 2 or sometimes 3 bowls of this stuff (depending on the street vendors portions) :))

  5. Paiiii ! I just got back from Bangkok and am having an incessant craving for the Thai Fishcakes that were abundantly available from the road side stalls. Could you please make a recipe for them T_T cravings are hitting me in the middle of the night 🙁 Much appreciated! Thank you !

  6. Oh YEEEEEEAH! Noodles soups, I know you had mentioned in the past you were going to do some noodle soups and i have been patiently waiting and whaaaala. So excited, its going to be my mothers day meal for me. 🙂 Thank you for sharing. 🙂
