  1. Really shouldn't have read the comments section. I suggest the owner just delete them and let the people genuinely interested in food watch and learn and understand and also fill in the blanks with their imagination. Big mistake thinking there would be a healthy discussion on food in there.

  2. This is zen master simple. I have roasted a duck without fat of course, but I never thought I could roast a chicken like that. I will try it tomorrow without fail.
