  1. Great ideas and it all looks so beautiful! 😃 Raw/dry omega-3-rich chia seeds absorb water from the body so I only eat them soaked so they sprout and I stay hydrated. That way it also releases the enzyme inhibitors and makes them easier to digest. Further It also helps to increase the amount of nutrients the body is able to absorb. It's worth trying to soak before adding to a smoothie (chia 1 : 10 water for 30 to 90 min.). Ground/pulverized they are great too for many purposes.
