  1. Trouble Shooting Question : I get coconut milk in the can, but it's usually somewhat solidified, they don't look as milky as yours. Are they okay to use or should they be heated to melt it first?

  3. I grewup living in Thailand and I loved eating this dish of chicken feets with lots of pepper and green onions and cilantro. Almost like a laab. I would love to see your take on the dish! ☺

  4. Dessert soups are extremely popular in Sweden as well. "Sago soppa" is an old time dessert that is extremely easy to make. Water, sugar and tapioca pearls are simply boiled together and the run off starch of the pearls thickens the soup. Fruit is added in at any point depending on the firmness of the fruit and desired texture of end result. It is fantastic with rhubarb or strawberry. It is also delicious when made with rose hips if you live in a climate where you have wild roses. It is finicky work to clean rose hips but if you want to surprise someone with something a little exotic, rose hip sago soup is probably something noone has tried before.
