  1. It was really cool!
    On my side, I have finally received kombu, fish flakes, soy sauce and Mirin! I’m going to experiment to make sauces!
    I tasted the mirin to see what it’s like on its own and it’s a really interesting flavour!
    It gave me so many ideas
