  1. Oh yes, I know I have to watch how many tomatoes I eat and especially canned tomato products. But I'd gladly give up all bread, grains, pasta, etc to have more recipes containing tomatoes.

  2. I love that Primal Kitchen mayo, and I'm usually not even a fan of avocado oil. It tastes like real mayo. I couldn't believe it! I'm not sure why, but a lot of organic mayonnaise brands have a really weird taste or are still made with soybean oil. I had almost given up and just used straight greek yogurt as a mayo substitution until I found this. Vitacost usually has the best price.

  3. I've been doing ButcherBox for 3 months now. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and forced to go Paleo due to several GI issues, it has been a lifesaver!

We like to go the the beach during the summer and we usually take things like fried chicken or sandwiches, but I'd love some healthier alternatives! Love this channel! Thanks for sharing!
