  1. Thank you for sharing the video. It is great! I have question if you do not mind. Our local butcher, recommended us cooking Okinawa style sukiyaki. Which is substitute beef with dog. We tried it, but it tasted not very good. Our kids did not like it. What do you think is the best substitute? Some people said Horse, but we can not get that kind of meat here. Thanks!

  2. you could use any kind of noodle (e.g. udon) or even mochi cubes and dumplings.
    what i like to do is, soaking cooked rice in the broth after all the vegetables are eaten, thugh. this will result in an honestly yummy okayuu (porridge)
