  1. When I cooked in my oven, the capsicum came out raw. So I had to microwave the capsicum shells first, then add stuffing, then bake in oven.

    For those who do not have oven, you could first cook the empty capsicum shells first. Its tricky, but here's how. Oil the bottom of a pan. Heat it, then place empty capsicum shell upright in it. Close with lid and let it cook on low flame for 5 mins. Dont add water.

    The filling is already cooked. Cool the cooked capsicum cups (bottom will be browned by the oil), and stuff it with filling. Top with mozerella cheese.

    Use your pressure cooker as oven. I put the stuffed capsisum, closed the lid and heated the cooker (without water in the cooker) for 3 to 4 mins. Switch off flame and remove after 5 mins.

    Worked for me in small quantities.
