    Thanks so much for your recipes. You have been, while I was living alone and away in Japan for six months, for a great help. I never dared to cook before and it is owing to you that I managed to prepare some excellent dishes. As someone from Western Algeria … so not far from your home town Oujda, I really enjoyed your recipes.

  2. It depends on the country you're in really.
    It's not entirely bad to eat raw eggs. I've eaten raw cookie dough with raw eggs in, for years – nothing has ever happened. Same for trying cake batter.

  3. Wow! I can't believe this has been posted for over a year without me seeing it. I LOVE tiramisu but this version has my mouth watering. Thank you, Alia (and your Italian friend). What a beautiful idea.
