  2. I wash my hands very well, then crack the egg into one hand over a bowl and gently transfer the egg between my two hands and let the white run down into the bowl.  Very easy

  3. You should check out a you tube video of making a Japanese cheese cake which is risen higher than yours. You made a mistake with the sugar. You should have put the sugar in the whipped egg whites and not the egg yoke mixture. Here is the video you tube site….

  4. A trick to separate the egg yolks and egg whites is to use an empty plastic water bottle..once you put the eggs in a bowl you squeeze the empty bottle and it will automatically suck I the egg yolks that simple

  6. Hello! First of all I LOVE watching your videos! I have a quick question. I would like to make this for my husband's birthday, but he is allergic to oranges. Can I substitute the Orange juice for anything else? Or omit it all together?

  9. Bought time you got mixer out lol. Hubby need to buy you a KA (kitchen aid). I couldn't do all that mixing by hand anymore.. You don't seem to amaze me even doing cheese cakes. I love cheese cakes. So glad I don't live next to cheese cake factory restaurant. Yours looks nice. Good job on swirl just like professional one.
