  1. im chinese, i think you made wrong sequence, first beef and take it out from pan, then cook the onion, after 5 mins, put the beef again…if you put the onion first, it will become not crisp and lack of plain taste…

  2. I love this recipe! In my favorite Asian restaurant it is number 52 on the menu. When I sit down with an apéritiv they always ask "Number 52?". And yes, here we go again ;o) Thank you for sharing!
