    1. can i grate the ginger and garlic instead of slice?? Because, i think it will be easier to rub the meat if i grate ginger.
    2. can i skip the rice wine and sherry (can't add any alcohol) do you have alternative for me??

  2. damn, i want to hire him to cook for me. if that would be possible i would finish college a fat man, not because he doesnt know how to cook healthy, he does in fact, but because i would spend my entire day eating everything and more
