  1. Has anyone noticed that the chicken looked like it was wearing a bowler hat while covered by the steamer lid. :)) Nice recipe by the way 😀 I altered the sauce a bit making it more tangy by adding citrus juices.

  2. @donGiulio It certainly has the fat from chicken and the skin, but it also contains all the goodness from chicken which is concentrated when using this cooking method. If you want to eat less fat but still love this recipe, discard the skin before steam the chicken like I showed in another "steamed chicken" video.
