  1. One big mistake you made that any novice cook should never make: you NEVER tasted your soup before adding ingredients. At about 6:30 you added more salt and pepper and didn't taste test it 1st. More salt to a salty cured ham soup without tasting? Gotta ding you on that. And smile or something! You sound like you lost a bet and had to do this video.
