  2. You should cook down the spinach in just a touch of oil first, letting the water cook out of it. This is a very wet soupy dish as you cook it and it doesnt need to be.

  4. Is there a way to do this recipe with less diary products? I love low carb but I need to definitely cut down on the diary involved in a lot of low carb recipe so if anyone can answer my question, I’d be appreciative.

  5. Did you use a certain brand of artichoke hearts? Because I used 2 cans of Pastene brand and both cans together have 36 net carbs. That’s just the artichoke, besides all the other ingredients added.
