  1. Onyx I quite appreciate your effort but again, you have failed at this your Calabar dish.

    1) Atama leaves are washed before cutting , whether going to be used fresh or dried, they must not be washed again, for you loose its juices which is also a tickener for what ever recipe . (2) And that’s why you are using water leaves which is an abomination for Abak Atama..
    3) The Efiks do not use Onious for this dish and many more. (4) The name “Abak Atama” is about the only thing right about this dish.
