  3. It's nice, though I have to say I would not put parmesan cheese on aglio e olio. Usually I add bread crumbs to make the sauce thicker and let the oil stick to the pasta better. Also I would not pour the sauce from the frying pan into the pot, I would do the exact opposite: when the pasta is ready (al dente! not overcooked), drain the water and add the pasta in the frying pan, mix it with the sauce and cook for another 30 sec with very low flame, then serve! Man I' m hungry now
