  1. Those look like sweet potatoes. I'm confused. I mention this only because I haven't had candied yams since I was a kid. I'm an adult now and living in France, so I have no one to make them for me. I have to learn from YouTube. Can someone clarify, please?

  2. Soo I just made the smothered sausage and potatoes. It was soo good and I made this recipe On Christmas it was perfect . I mean everything I needed it to be I can’t thank you enough for sharing your recipes please never stop.

  3. Girl, I made these for Thanksgiving 2018 and they were the best I had ever had! I did add a little orange and lemon juice to mine. But, I think it's the ground clove that really make this dish. It was definitely something new for me, and my palette thanks you! I never plan to make any other kind from now on. Lol

  4. I have to say THANK YOU. I make this dish during the holidays using my Mom's NC recipe and we have always loved it. The difference between hers and yours is mixing all of the ingredients together and heating before adding to the sweet potatoes. This year I tried ur way and they came out "creamier". Lovely! Not sure why – but who cares! Love it. Thanks!
