  1. The recipe was okay overall, but the top of the omelette was not properly cooked as it was intended to be. This is apparent by the liquid mushy texture present after it was folded and tomato sauce was added. Cooking on low heat for about 4-5 minutes with a proper lid covering will make the mushy liquid top of the omelette absorb water and properly cook, preserving the fluffy texture while making it a lot more puffy, tasty, and faithful to the taste and texture of the anime.

  2. I didn't try yet, but does the egg really appear to be fluffy after 5 minutes of beating with a mixer ? I saw some comments saying that it wasn't fluffy enough. So yeah. If some people tried her recipe, did it work as she said ?

  3. I just made one of these (with two eggs and a super thin slice of cheese in the middle though)

    it ended up looking… not great, thanks to my pan deciding to stick but the taste… omg it was sooooo good

  4. So I just made this like 15 mins. ago. Here's my honest opinion. I liked the cooked part because it kind of tastes just like normal omelette but spongy and soft. As for the part in the middle, I got weirded ot by the taste. But i like it overall. Maybe i'll try flipping it? 😂
