  1. Trying to do something similar on the Weber Q which probably won't take as long. I've added some harissa to the soy sauce and oil mix to give it a little zing. Thanks from Port Hughes in South Australia for the inspiration.

  2. this is pure evil wait 5 years to cook and after all that you have to wrap foil around with your hands and wait another 30 minutes!! i could do this only if somehow I can turn off my eyes and nose haha!
