  1. Looks good. I guess they made the gravy that's shown poured over the meat by thickening the slow cooker juices with some cornstarch mixed with a little water [?] That's what I would do anyway.

  2. Why do you need to consume electric energy for 4h when it can be cooked in less than 20min with a pressure cooker?Not to mention that its keeps most of the nutritions and is much tastier cuz it's been cooked its own juice.

  3. Looks very tasty…will have to give this a try, especially with such thick pork chops…any other method might dry them out…and the sauce looks like a nice compliment to them.  TFS!
