Loved it!!  Make sure you shake off excess flour for those of you who may have overdone it with that.  Use enough canola oil (which I used), you don't have to be that skimpy.  Otherwise this is a great recipe with that awesome sauce!  Even my foodie girl cat is still licking her chops, and she is picky!!! LOL
