  1. +Rajshri Food I go to many restaurants like Beijing bites, Chung Wah and Midland China and I wonder how they prepare the Scezhwan sauce when I eat the fried rice, noodles and gravy dishes because the aroma and taste of the food are mesmerising. Does the above Schezwan sauce smell the same or do I have to put something else to prepare the staple or gravy dishes? Please advice
