  1. Looks delish!! I have to cook two 7 and 1/2 pound Pork Loins and wondering how long I would have to cook them? Also cold I cook them in the same pan together? Please let me know. Thank you!!

  2. A friend gave me some rosemary branhes and I had pork loin steak I was going to throw on the grill. Instead I used the branches as skewers and just let them marinate in some garlic infused olive oil. OMG, if ther is one thing that really goes together is pork, garlic, rosemary and olive oil. I love this video !!!!

  3. That 'little bit of salt to pull out the moisture' did nothing; to do what you claimed, TIME is nesc, it doesn't work instantly.
Other than that science flub, good recipe.

  4. Stephanie, thanks for the recipe, it gives me some ideas. I'm going to slightly modify it with more dry spices and black pepper, mortar and pestle it more fine and rub the entire marinade over the entire loin with your hands before popping it into the oven. Before it's finished I may honey glaze that bad boy too… Thanks again…

  5. Stephanie: I am in the process of making this and I'm following your recipe exactly something I seldom do. I haven't even put it in the oven and already it look wonderful. I will post again with my result. Thanks again for the recipe.
