Reply A friend gave me some rosemary branhes and I had pork loin steak I was going to throw on the grill. Instead I used the branches as skewers and just let them marinate in some garlic infused olive oil. OMG, if ther is one thing that really goes together is pork, garlic, rosemary and olive oil. I'm going to slightly modify it with more dry spices and black pepper, mortar and pestle it more fine and rub the entire marinade over the entire loin with your hands before popping it into the oven.
