  2. I was wondering if I had to go to the bother of peeling and cubing the squash to roast or if I could just scoop the flesh out for making my first soup. You were the only presenter to make it obvious that this was the much quicker, easier step, to simply roast the halves, scoop the flesh out and put it in the blender 🙂 Saves so much time. Thank you for your common-sense approach.
