    Much better roast that others I have seen that look like big steaks. How many hours cooking that roast?

  2. I tried Pit boys top sirloin roast 3 times and each time it was wonderful. The whole family loved them. Usually you get one that is not into smoked meat or BBQ and does not like something. However, everyone loved it. I cant wait to try the Smoked Chuck. I bet the BBQ Pit boys could make shoe leather taste great.

Thanks for the video, we appreciate you sharing your expertise with us.Question: After you have finished cooking the roast (wrapped) does the steaming (?) make the bark soft?If so, would it help to further cook the roast without wrapping to firm up the bark similar to the 3-2-1 in BBQ?Thanks again
