  4. Recipe aside, your butterfly blouse is a very cheerful sight when it's dark and dreary and frigidly cold outside. I wouldn't have thought to do this with my oats, as I love sweetened porridge with fruit, but will give this a go sometime. Thanks for posting : )

  5. Am always making savoury oats with veggies like carrots, courgette, green peas and corn. But I've never tried with red lentils. This looks delicious! I need to try this. More variety for me to eat 😛

  6. This looks wonderful. I don't have the leaf you show…though I have all the other ingredients. Do you add black pepper at all? Dr Greger mentions how it helps the body absorb the benefits of the turmeric.
