  1. HI! One of the best macaron recipes I've seen. I tend to get hollow mac with a thin shell top. The only thing I do not do is food process the almond flour and sugar. Do you think this can be the cause? Thanks!

  2. Please make more videos with the other flavors! What should I do if I do not want to use the cocoa powder? Should I add more sugar or flour? Thank you so much for this!

  3. this was the first macarons recipe I laughed at. I loved it! but for the cream (im pretty sure its buttercream), is it possible to add less sugar and still have a good texture? Like maybe 25%-50% less.
