  1. As many of my friends are marwadi, I always heard a lot about rajasthani kadi from them..so wanted to try it once…nd then I found this recipe

  2. 1 C Gram flour, 1/2 C water, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp salt, 2 green chills, 1/2 baking soda, 2 tsp chopped cilantro, oil for frying.
    Sauce: 3 C soured yogurt, 2 C water, 2 tsp gram flour, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder.
    Tempering: 4 Tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds, 3-4 cloves ,2 bay leaves, 2 red chili's, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 cinnamon stick, 7-8 curry leaves.
    Garnish with 2 Tbsp ghee, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1-2 tsp red chili powder.
