  4. Wow this seems to be one of the easier recipes I will try soon, I love any form of stir-fried or fried pork and this will be great I'm sure, also do you speak Mandarin at Home or another Chinese Dialect, I was wondering since you sound like you know Chinese quite well.

  5. The written quantity of baking soda is different from video, it should be 1/2 teaspoon, coz i tried this recipe based on writting, at the end the meat was too soft and taste a bit weird… anyway i will try it again~ thanks for sharing.. :q

  7. I made this recipe tonight. After thickening the sauce, I added watercress, tofu, bean sprouts and button mushrooms sauteed separately with garlic and white onions. The water from the watercress made sauce perfect because it coated everything nicely. Much thanks from your new subscriber!
