  1. Cute and a great recipe….Thanks!!! To make a vegetarian alternative i would substitute the chicken bouillon for an herb-vegetable one and also use coconut milk & cream instead of cow milk.

  2. I do a very similar soup with acorn squash. I top it with chipped chives and another swirl of cream. I will have to try it with kabocha now

  4. In Americ we like to keep the seeds of the pumpkin, separate it from the pulp, and toast it with spices (most commonly salt or a cinnamon sugar mixture) until it's golden brown, and eat it as a snack! I don't know if you could do the same thing with Japanese pumpkin though…

  5. my mother is sick so I bet this would nurse her back to health but then again is pumpkin in the category of squad? there is so many brand I don't know which is similar to the one chief used

  6. I made this for dinner today! It was very delicious! My parents both loved it, and I posted a picture of it on Instagram! This is definitely going in our list of recipes to make in the winter!
